Raised in a small family business, Susan inherently understands the challenges and concerns from both business and consumer points of view. Susan launched Alacrity Collections Corporation in 1982. As the business grew, she carefully developed an experienced management team and collections staff that share her passion for producing above average returns with great integrity. Today, Alacrity can boast both incredible rates of return AND a flawless compliance record. Susan is also proud of her leadership position, helping to guide best practices for the industry as a six-time Governor appointee to the Maryland State Licensing Board for collection agencies. Vice President

Dana has strong management experience and a vast knowledge of the structure and function of Alacrity’s business model. As Vice President, she complements President Hayes’ core values. Dana is a strong leader, who inspires all employees at Alacrity to set goals, work hard and exceed expectations for our credit collection services. She joined Alacrity Collections Corporation in 2008. Dana is a member of HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association), AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management) and MGMA-MD (Maryland Medical Group Management Association). Lisa Bremner

Collections Manager

Lisa joined Alacrity in 2004. She manages the daily activities of our credit collection services to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Lisa also overseas various aspects of our healthcare collections department in several areas, including health insurance billing, verification of coverage benefits and appeals. In addition, Lisa is instrumental in ensuring that all corporate and client goals are met (or exceeded). She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and is a certified Professional Collections Specialist with ACA International. Lisa is a member of the Maryland Medical Group Management Association (MGMA-MD) and American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). LinkedIn

Since Jackie first started at Alacrity Collections in 2013, she has been a tremendous asset to our team. With her strong organization and communication skills, she is among our key team contacts for our clients. She takes great care in answering client questions and guiding them through the collections process. Jackie is a vital part of the Alacrity difference.  She supervises our administrative team to ensure that our clients get information concerning their accounts in a timely manner. Heike has a Bachelor’s Degree (BA, Spanish) from Hood college and a Masters in International Management (MIM, Marketing) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC) through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA). Heike is also an accomplished public speaker on a variety of business-related topics. With over 20 years in marketing, sales and operations, plus her coaching experience, she is a valuable addition to the Alacrity Collections team.
